Lori, How do I start a meeting with just one person? On the spot?
Tricia Hoover
41:11
if you are recording, does it record the breakout room too?
Brandon Mills
41:23
Is there a way to turn off the 30 second delay when leaving the breakout room?
Connie Fox
55:43
I can't see the screen
David Bligh
01:01:25
Can you ;share more than one screen at a time, such as my PowerPoints together with the Whiteboard? That
David Bligh
01:01:39
That's why I use a whiteboard behind me.
Connie Fox
01:02:46
I have two screens. One thing I have to be careful of is making sure not to more the screen I am sharing to the other monitor. If I do, participants can't see it any more.
Dianna L. Putorek
01:03:28
Connie, that happens to me a lot. Students will tell me they are not seeing what I'm talking about.
David Bligh
01:05:16
I instruct my students to enable side-by-side so they can see me and my whiteboard on one side and the PowerPoints on the other side of the screen.
David Bligh
01:06:39
If you can get it, use a 4K WEB cam so resolution is high enough to catch everything your doing in the background.
Dianna L. Putorek
01:06:43
Dr. Bligh, are they enabling the side-by-side in Zoom?
David Bligh
01:07:25
Dianna, yes, they enable side-by-side. I can't do it for them.
Connie Fox
01:07:42
To make us all feel good about where we are: Just think how little we knew about this topic this time last year. Now we are having this level of discussion! Out of the darkness, a ray of light!
Dianna L. Putorek
01:07:43
Thank you! I'm going to have students try that.
Connie Fox
01:10:31
Yeah, Tricia. Good job!
Lizabeth Rogers
01:10:33
Happy Birthday, Diana!
David Bligh
01:11:57
Dianna, Happy Birthday and here's my Appendix for side-by-side
Jonathan D. Hartwell
01:12:56
Very good Dr. Bligh, Thank you.
Tricia Hoover
01:13:46

The report information is great for showing absences. Thanks!

I set my polls up in advance--I believe you need to go into the setting for the specific class in which you are engaging the poll and set up the questions and possible answers. You can allow for either anonymous responses or attributed. As far as tracking the answers in the report, I am not sure how to track them.

Good info, Stacy!
